Please note that the preparation of a cost estimate and the associated inspection involve costs. These costs will be charged to you if the estimate is declined and no repair is carried out.

IMPORTANT: This form is intended to ensure fast and straightforward processing of your (repair) request. Please make sure that all information you provide is complete and accurate. Once we have recorded your request, you will receive your repair order by email.

• Please note that shipments to us must be sent at your own expense.

• We explicitly ask you not to send any freight collect shipments.

 

Packaging Your Return & Transport Damage

• Shock-sensitive items (such as electronic devices) must be surrounded on all four sides by sufficient padding inside the shipping box.

• This is the only way to ensure insurance coverage in case of transport damage. Use the original packaging, a flight case, or your own suitable packaging.

• If damage occurs due to non-compliance with the above requirements, we unfortunately must decline the repair and return the device to the sender.

• Therefore, please ensure that your shipment is securely and properly packaged.

• Please enclose the invoice or a copy of the invoice and the signed repair order with your return.

• Also, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
